Essential Functions
- Reports directly to the Parking and Security Manager
- Supervises, assigns duties and trains all parking employees
- Must inform Parking and Security Manager of any issues as soon as they arise
- Acts as main parking contact for Police Traffic Control during major events
- Oversees all parking procedures on assigned shift
- To assure all safety measures are provided and in place for staff and others
- Maintains overall integrity of cash control function
- Handles customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner at all times
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must possess a working knowledge of parking practices and procedures including monetary reconciliation, traffic control set up / tear down
- Must have safety knowledge and training to assure a safe environment is provided
Experience
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Minimum of two years parking lot experience

Working Conditions
- Must be able to work varied schedules & flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to tolerate hot and/or cold weather conditions for the duration of each work shifts
