Parking Services Attendant | Part-Time | CFG Bank Arena Parking

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
• Monitor parking garage for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
• Aid daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on-site

Qualifications

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred
• Customer Service abilities are a must
• Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
• The ability to multi-task
• The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed

This position will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00.
