About the Role
We are seeking a Parking Planning and Operations Specialist/Project Manager for our Buildings Division to work in the Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN, or Charlotte, NC office. Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, including due diligence reports, site feasibility studies, demand analyses, and operations studies.
- Conduct zoning code and parking standards research, applying standards to site-specific conditions without senior staff guidance.
- Prepare submittal documents, such as technical specifications, requests for proposal, cost estimates, and proposals.
- Collaborate with WGI parking design staff to apply code and land use regulations and address agency comments.
- Develop presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and maps.
- Manage parking planning and study projects, maintaining project schedules, budgets, and invoices.
- Oversee planning deliverables and submittals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in private, municipal, healthcare, airport, or higher education parking management/operations.
- Working knowledge of parking operations, parking technology, functional planning, and studies.
- Effective project management skills.
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship is not available).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with prolonged sitting and computer use (keyboard, mouse, Zoom/Microsoft Teams).
- Requires hand-eye coordination, vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception), and the ability to speak and hear.
