Parking Cashier

Primary Job Duties

• Greet all guests in a prompt and friendly manner, building a positive event memory.
• Process transactions with speed, accuracy, and efficiency via handheld technology, including season ticket permits, pre-purchased permits, or day of event payment.
• Aid guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining the correct answers to any guest inquiries.
• Assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment such as barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program.
• May be reassigned to secondary roles throughout events.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• H.S Diploma or equivalent (unless currently enrolled)
• One year customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environment or another stadium/arena
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Effective use of handheld devices and processing credit card transactions
• Available to work on event days including weekends & holidays
• Capable of standing and exerting well-paced mobility for periods up to ten (10) hours in length
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
• Able to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
