ROLE SUMMARY
The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to customers when they arrive and leave.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exhibit strong guest service and a positive attitude at all times, greeting all arriving and departing guests
- Park cars in a safe, organized, and timely manner
- Remain in staging area regardless of weather, waiting for guests to need their car to be parked or retrieved
- Return to the front of the hotel in a safe and timely manner after a park or pull
- Provide claim check and instruct customers on how to reclaim vehicle
- Provide travel directions and information to customers when necessary
- Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements and conditions
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work outdoors during different seasons
- Strong driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
