About the role
Join the Propark Mobility Team! Propark Mobility is currently hiring Parking Attendants for part-time opportunities with immediate openings. We are looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals who take pride in providing excellent service and creating a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a professional first impression.
- Direct patrons to available parking spaces and assist with traffic flow.
- Issue parking tickets and accurately record required information.
- Process exception transactions, including lost tickets, grace-period tickets, and other special circumstances according to company policy.
- Complete daily shift paperwork and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Thank customers and ensure a positive experience upon entry and exit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking facility.
- Absorb minor cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by management.
- Support special projects and additional duties assigned by location management.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
- Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented personality.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-player mentality with the ability to work effectively with coworkers and management.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Availability to work morning shifts.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Previous parking, hospitality, retail, or guest service experience is a plus.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Regularly stand, walk, sit, reach, and use hands and fingers. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Occasional lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds. Work outdoors and may be exposed to varying weather conditions. Regular exposure to vehicle fumes and airborne particles. Noise levels may range from minimal to moderate.
