Essential Functions
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Greet guests as they enter parking lots for events at Sporting Park.
- Scan parking lot passes upon entry.
- Direct guests’ vehicles into proper parking lots, roadways, and other areas during and after any Sporting Club Event.
- Answer all questions asked about Sporting Park or an event.
- Monitor parking lots during the event for the safety and security of guests, associates, and vehicles.
- Direct guests and vehicles to exit parking lots safely.
- Represent Sporting Kansas City in a professional manner at all times.
- Commitment to work 75% of Sporting Park (including but not limited to MLS, Leagues, and Copa America) events.
- Attend mandatory trainings.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold and rain.
- Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Skills And Experience
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred.
- Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
- Basic technology skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Abilities
- Requires constant periods of walking and/or standing.
- Frequent stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or drag up to fifty (50) pounds if necessary.
