- Distributing and Sorting Incoming Mail and Faxes
- Maintaining Conference Room Reservations
- Assisting with Office Management Duties
- Maintaining and Ordering Office Supplies
- Maintaining Correspondence Files and Electronic/Filing Systems
- Completing Other Administrative Duties
- Make Travel Arrangements
- Processing and Submitting Expense Reports
- Submitting Payment Requests
- Supporting Departmental Technology Systems
- Supporting Departmental Programs
- Coordinating and Managing the Enterprise Fleet Management Program
- Administering the Fill-Rite Fuel Management System
- Supporting the Operation and Administration of EverCharge Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Aiding in Planning, Coordination, and Implementation of Interrelated Projects
- Collaborating with Vendors, Contractors, Consultants, and External Partners
- Maintaining Accurate Records and Documentation
- Preparing and Distributing Operational, Financial, Utilization, and Performance Reports
- Assisting with Special Events, Operational Planning, and Transportation Logistics
- Participating in Process Improvement Initiatives
Qualifications
- Professional and Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Grammar and Spelling Skills
- Diligent and Conscientious with Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Proficient Typing Skills (at least 40 WPM)
- Proficiency Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to Interact Professionally and Courteously with Clients, Customers, Office Personnel, and Contractors
- Knowledge of Modern Office Practices and Procedures
- A Professional Appearance/Presentation
