Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in transactions, regulatory issues, and complex litigation across various industries including education, energy, financial services, government, health care, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, sports and entertainment, and technology.
  • Provide sophisticated legal services while giving back to our communities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in eight offices located in Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, Spartanburg, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C.
  • Participate in community service and civic engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the firm's diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Work with clients based across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and South America, as well as in the United States.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience representing clients in the education, energy, financial services, government, health care, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, sports and entertainment, and technology industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for community service and civic engagement.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Excellent academic record.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of international legal practices.
