Responsibilities
- F&B Associate: Assisting with daily restaurant and F&B operations; providing professional guest service; taking care of guest requirements and requests; maintaining cleanliness and service standards; supporting the F&B team during busy operations; following hotel SOPs and service procedures; maintaining proper grooming and hygiene standards.
- Housekeeping Associate: Maintaining guest rooms and public areas; following housekeeping SOPs; ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards; handling guest requests professionally; supporting daily housekeeping operations; maintaining proper grooming and workplace discipline.
- Front Office Associate: Welcoming and assisting hotel guests; supporting check-in and check-out procedures; handling guest queries professionally; coordinating with other hotel departments; maintaining guest-service standards; assisting with front-office operational activities.
Requirements
