Job Summary

Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product using hands or machines with precision. Good technical knowledge and great manual dexterity are required. Reading and following instructions from manuals, drawings, and schematics is crucial. The goal is to produce complex outputs by assembling smaller components.

Pay

Starting pay up to $23.50/hr. based on experience.

Schedule

Typical schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm. Friday overtime as needed.
