About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and testing new food products that meet our sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to develop new product concepts
• Develop and test prototypes to ensure product quality and functionality
• Prepare and present product proposals to senior management for approval
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food product development or related field
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
