Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver parenting workshops and seminars
• Assess family needs and tailor educational programs accordingly
• Mentor parents on various topics including child development, nutrition, and discipline
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education)
• Experience working with families in community settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences
