About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver parenting workshops and seminars
- Assess family needs and tailor educational programs accordingly
- Mentor parents on various topics including child development, nutrition, and discipline
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education)
- Experience working with families in community settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
