Responsibilities

• Manage online application systems and ensure smooth operation
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to online applications
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding online applications
• Collaborate with other departments to improve application processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in online application management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web development and database management
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations

• Technical proficiency with software tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
