To support families and school in building success and support for every student through consistent daily attendance and high academic expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support families and school in building success and support for every student through consistent daily attendance and high academic expectations.
- Work with families to build relationships and foster engagement in their child’s education.
- Facilitate parent-teacher conferences and other meetings as needed.
- Provide resources and guidance to families on educational opportunities and supports.
- Ensure regular attendance at school events and activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement strategies for improving student attendance and academic performance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 48 hours of approved college credit, an associate degree from an accredited school, or the successful completion of a district approved highly qualified test
- Previous experience working with students and families preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
