About the role
The Parent Coordinator is responsible for supporting families in navigating educational systems and improving student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans.
- Provide guidance and resources to families on educational policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between school staff and families to ensure clear understanding and support.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and misunderstandings between families and schools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field.
- Experience working with families in educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local educational policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
