Responsibilities
Lead engaging parent/child classes that introduce little ones to the serious fun of learning and play
Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
Create a warm, safe, and energetic environment where both kids and parents feel welcome
Provide outstanding customer service—we treat our members like family
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and consistency to every class, every week
Qualifications
If… You’re available for morning shifts and enjoy working with young children and their caregivers
You love to have fun, give high-fives, and aren’t afraid to be a little silly
You enjoy connecting with both kids and parents
You’re dependable, positive, and bring great energy to early-day classes
You love helping others feel good—it’s kind of your thing
Bonus points if you have experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics
About the role
A Little About Us With over 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months to 12 years. Our Parent/Child classes are a cornerstone of what we do, creating special bonding and learning experiences in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
