Parent Child Instructor

About the role

A Parent Child Instructor leads exceptional classes, teaching young children and their parents. Every class is taught utilizing The Little Gym Curriculum and Music, creating an experience unlike any other Parent/Child class.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm and nurturing environment for both the Children and Parents in each class.
• Treat each class as an educational opportunity for the families.

Requirements

• You love being a part of children's developmental milestones and love giving high 5’s.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Qualifications

• You love working with children and families.
• You have a passion for education and child development.
• You have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.

• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain enthusiasm.
