About The Little Gym

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years, with more than 300 locations worldwide. For over four decades we help kids build confidence, develop new skills, and experience the thrill of achievement through gymnastics‑based programs, parent/child classes, dance, sports prep, camps, and birthday parties. As part of our team you’ll join a family dedicated to the growth and development of children across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and a membership experience that treats members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for having fun, giving high‑fives, and playing like a child.
• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is a plus.
• Strong desire to serve others and make people feel good.
• Ability to connect with both kids and their parents.
• Positive attitude; often voted “most likely to be in a good mood” by peers.
• Balance of fun spirit with the ability to focus and get work done when needed.
