What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging, high-energy classes for young children and their caregivers
• Use The Little Gym curriculum to guide classes (we’ll train you!)
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where both kids and parents feel supported
• Coach parents on how to engage with their child during class activities
• Celebrate milestones and help little ones build confidence week after week
• Provide a top-notch experience for families—we treat our members like family

You’re building relationships and trust with families. You’ll guide first-time parents, celebrate big developmental moments, and create a space where both children and their grown-ups feel successful.

What You’ll Need

• Love working with young children (infants–toddlers)
• Outgoing and comfortable talking to adults just as much as kids
• Brighten up the room with your energy, warmth, and positivity
• Lead a group while keeping things fun, engaging, and organized
• Be dependable, coachable, and a strong team player

• If you have experience in early childhood education or preschool
• If you have teaching, coaching, or childcare experience
• If you have experience in dance, gymnastics, or movement-based programs
