Paratransit Driver

Role We seek an experienced Bus Driver responsible for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services. Key Responsibilities Operate vehicles following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws.Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a smooth and courteous experience.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.Enforce safety policies, including seat belt use and emergency procedures.Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Must be 21 years or older with at least 3 years of driving experience.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Availability for flexible shifts, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight.Ability to pass DOT drug testing and physical examinations.Physical ability to work long periods sitting, with a work environment that includes indoor and outdoor settings.
