About the role

The position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the district’s educational programs and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee curriculum development and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal education laws and regulations
  • Manage budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and implement professional development plans for staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate educational programs and make necessary adjustments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in educational administration
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

$75,000 - $85,000 annually

Schedule
