About the role
The position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the district’s educational programs and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal education laws and regulations
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively
- Develop and implement professional development plans for staff
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance student learning outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate educational programs and make necessary adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in educational administration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually
Schedule
