Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with instruction and classroom activities
- Support students’ academic progress and IEP goals
- Help with behavioral interventions and substitute lessons
- Supervise lunch, transitions, and community activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.)
