About the role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management
• Provide one-on-one and small group student support
• Support implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Supervise students during classes, activities, and community outings
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience working with youth (coaching, mentoring, childcare, etc.) preferred
