General Responsibilities
Aid students as directed by the classroom instructor and contribute to creating a dynamic, secure, and engaging learning atmosphere.
Education And Experience
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation and relevant work experience with children.
- Prior experience in educational settings and/or teaching/instructional experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Sensory abilities necessary for effective communication and interaction, including the use of the telephone and personal contact.
- Ability to operate various office-related equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and projection devices.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving significant climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, or repetitive motions.
