Paraprofessional - General Education - Secondary Campus - PACT Charter School, Ramsey, MN

About the role

The Secondary General Education Paraprofessional will assist the Behavior Interventionist with individual student needs. Hours are 7:45am-3:15pm on student contact days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Behavior Interventionist with individual student needs
• Support classroom activities and routines
• Provide additional instructional support as needed
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students

Requirements

• Two years of higher education or Associates (or higher) degree preferred
• Completion of the Paraprofessional Exam

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with diverse populations

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

Competitive salary range: $18.00 - $36.40/hr
