Paraprofessional- Beaver

About the role

Adelphoi Education in Beaver, PA is seeking a Paraprofessional to support instructional activities throughout the school day. This position offers the potential to transition to full‑time employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teachers to provide instructional support and assistance in all activities throughout the school day.
• Monitor/assist with study hall, recess, lunch, and other activities under teacher direction.
• Facilitate groups.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of all student information.
• Provide clerical, technological, and data support for administration/guidance.
• Assist in obtaining and documenting prior school history.
• Assist in confirming grade levels.
• Assist in coordinating student scheduling.
• Maintain records of class loads.
• Review report cards, mid‑term reports, GPA, and transcripts for accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher with experience in a school setting, OR
• Completion of at least two years of post‑secondary study, OR
• Successful completion of a state or locally developed assessment.

Pay

$20.00 per hour
