About the role

The Lehmann School is seeking Paraprofessional staff to work with students who have developmental and multiple physical disabilities. Responsibilities include performing physical tasks, assisting with personal care and daily living skills, and participating in students' educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills
• Participate in students' educational programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with students with disabilities in a school setting preferred
• Full-time positions available (Monday - Friday, 8:15-3:15)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities

Monday - Friday, 8:15-3:15

Pay

$12 per hour, plus sign-on bonus of $1,000

Location

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties, with locations in beautiful natural surroundings. The position is located in Lakewood, NJ.
