Responsibilities

• Support teachers in creating and implementing lesson plans
• Assist students with academic challenges and provide one-on-one tutoring
• Manage classroom environment to ensure a safe and productive learning space
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience working with children in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
• Knowledge of state and federal education standards

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
