About the role
The Paraprofessional will provide support in the classroom under the supervision of a certified teacher.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lesson preparation and implementation
- Support students with special needs
- Help manage classroom behavior
- Collaborate with teachers on student progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children
- Valid Michigan driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check
