About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a forward-thinking business that places quality, client outcomes and long-term relationships at the centre of everything they do.
Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate and compliant suitability reports and client documentation within agreed timescales
- Conducting technical and product research to support financial planning recommendations
- Analyzing existing client arrangements and contributing to review processes
- Working closely with Financial Advisers to fully understand client objectives, needs, and financial circumstances
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory standards and internal compliance procedures
- Responding to client and adviser queries with clear, accurate, and professional communication
- Supporting annual review processes in line with service level agreements
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products, taxation, and legislation
- Ensuring all CPD requirements are met and recorded
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA/Financial Planning environment
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and tax planning
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- A solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Minimum Diploma qualified
