Responsibilities
- Prepare client meeting materials using eMoney, Black Diamond, Kwanti, and Riskalyze/Nitrogen — including net worth statements, cash flow analysis, depletion analysis, and planning strategy updates (1031 exchanges, Pledge Asset lines, etc.)
- Manage preparation and processing of insurance applications, annuity applications, and alternative investment accounts from start to finish
- Oversee placement and implementation of insurance, annuity, and alternative products — coordinating with sponsors, custodians, carriers, and internal team members
- Track advisor recommendations and ensure client planning strategies move forward efficiently
- Conduct research to support advisor decision-making on complex client situations
- Cookbook client onboarding and document collection
- Manage client workflows in Salesforce: action plans, client profiles, tasks, and records
- Translate advisor meeting notes into actionable follow-through, keeping all client work on track
- Maintain organized digital client files and ensure strict compliance documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or advisor support
- 3+ years directly supporting financial advisors in a client-facing or planning capacity
- Hands-on experience with Life, Disability & LTC Insurance (2+ yrs), Annuities (1+ yr), Alternative Investments (1+ yr)
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Series 7 preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with Salesforce, eMoney, Black Diamond, and advanced Microsoft Excel
