Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests in addition to studio executives and high-level clients
  • Tours are typically 2 hours in length
  • Shifts are usually 6 hours long with 80% of the time spent driving and walking the lot with pedestrians, cyclists, and production vehicles
  • Work weeks are typically 2-4 days per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Deliver in-depth VIP, Premier, and Executive tours when qualified and as needed
  • Aid in managing audiences for television shows and screenings
  • Aid in Special Events, which include various assignments such as mini-tours, directing guests, and introducing films at the Paramount Theatre (these assignments require standing/driving approximately 70%-80% of the time)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and a minimum of 6 months driving experience
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to memorize scripts, structured material, or written content
  • Effective & professional communication skills
  • Experience working in a confidential environment due to celebrity talent work location
  • Interest to pursue a career in the media / entertainment sector
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-starter, and works well with colleagues and leaders
  • Experience working with the public strongly recommended
  • Flexible schedule (Non-staff, part-time role. Up to 30 hours/week. Not Benefits eligible.)
  • 1 year of work experience outside of college internships a plus
  • 1+ year of office or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, preferred
  • Experience with public speaking recommended
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish, French, Japanese etc.)
