Paramedic Training Instructor (Per Diem) (Paramedic, RN, RT)

About the role

The instructor will teach Paramedic classes in both the didactic and psychomotor domains. Instructors will teach classes in both classroom and field training environments. Instructional experience is required, and instructor candidates must have the ability to demonstrate hands on techniques and skills to students per required standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 Years Clinical experience as an EMT or paramedic or hold an advanced certification such as nurse, respiratory therapist, or other healthcare professional
• CT Paramedic, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider
• Prior EMS teaching experience preferred

Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6-10p and one Saturday per month 8a-4p
