About the role
Paramedics provide emergency medical care to patients in need. They respond to ambulance calls, assess patients, administer treatments, and transport patients to hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations
- Assess patients' conditions and make treatment decisions
- Transport patients safely to hospitals
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
Requirements
- Current EMT certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
- Experience in emergency medical services
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in CPR and first aid
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
