About the role

The Eyak Corporation and Subsidiaries are seeking an Emergency Medical Technician Instructor with Security Clearance to join their team at Bluffdale, Utah. Allied Universal is looking for a Security Officer with Enhanced Security Clearance to work in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Teach emergency medical technician skills to students.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions and assessments.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop curricula.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Perform security checks and patrols as required.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain records.

Requirements

• Current Emergency Medical Technician certification.
• Security clearance (Enhanced for Allied Universal).
• Experience teaching or instructing in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to perform job duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in emergency medical services or security.
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR certifications.

Pay

• $101,568 per year for the Emergency Medical Technician Instructor position.
• $93,238 per year for the Team Lead / Instructor Operator / Paramedic position.
• $51,342 per year for the Security Officer position.
