Paramedic - Full Time Parsons

Labette Health EMS is seeking a motivated and compassionate Paramedic to join our team.

About the role

This position provides advanced emergency medical care, responds to 911 calls, safely transports patients, and serves as the lead medical provider on the ambulance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.
• Assess, treat, and transport patients using established EMS protocols.
• Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) care.
• Lead patient care and oversee ambulance crew operations.
• Complete patient documentation and maintain required records.
• Perform daily equipment, vehicle, and station checks.
• Participate in training, continuing education, and department activities.

Requirements

• Current Kansas Paramedic certification.
• Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EMS experience preferred but not required.
