Paramedic - Emergency Services

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, educate, and plan patient care in the Emergency Department under the supervision of the staff nurse and/or physician.
• Assist with patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice.
• Maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required.
• Current state Paramedic Licensure and state-approved Paramedic Training required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• One year experience as Paramedic preferred.
