• Performs direct patient care as assigned by the RN and reports observations, results of procedures, and patient needs to appropriate person
• Performs psychomotor skills as outlined during educational training and orientation process
• Maintains responsibility for cleaning, stocking, and organizing of storage areas
• Documents pertinent data in concise and timely manner
• Demonstrates the ability to respond to emergency procedure

Qualifications

• Vocational School Graduate required
• Paramedic (EMT-P), or Emergency Medical Paramedic (EMP) - required
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
