Responsibilities
- Facilitate age-appropriate, culturally and ethnically sensitive care under the supervision of a Professional Registered Nurse and/or Physician.
- Maintain a safe environment and educate patients and their families.
- Collect information, communicate effectively, and utilize technology in patient care.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare delivery.
- Serve as a patient advocate and oversee unlicensed personnel.
- Engage in teaching, performance improvement, and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum education required).
- Current certification as a Paramedic in the State of Georgia (National Registry preferred).
- BLS Certification required.
- If working in the Emergency Department: ALS/ACLS and PALS required (new Paramedics have 6 months to complete certifications; experienced Paramedics have 6 months to obtain PALS).
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Paramedic preferred.

Full-time, night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
