This is an opportunity to join one of California’s premier consumer protection litigation teams and play a meaningful role in helping clients achieve successful outcomes. You’ll work directly alongside experienced attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, critical thinking, and exceptional client service are highly valued. Rather than being limited to administrative support, you’ll become an integral part of the litigation process, helping manage active cases, communicate with clients, and keep complex legal matters moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case tracking
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Prepare and update discovery templates
• Review legal documents for formatting, accuracy, and grammar
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and updates
• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process
• Organize and maintain case files
• Assist with document management and legal correspondence
• Ensure all deadlines and court requirements are met

Requirements

• Paralegal certification required
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
• Experience with CLIO or similar case management systems (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Civil procedure experience
• Discovery experience
• Plaintiff litigation experience
