Responsibilities

• Assist Bankruptcy Attorney with his bankruptcy practice.
• Prepare mortgage modification applications for attorney review, submit to mortgage companies or their attorneys to save a client’s home from a foreclosure sale.
• Manage both types of files for the attorney.
