Purpose

Review and preparation of analysis of Chapter 13 Plan
Specific Duties, Activities And Responsibilities
Work with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to our clients
Communication and follow up with client re: necessary information
Review and updating of client systems
Provide support to attorneys

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required
  • Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required
  • Able to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel and Debtors Attorneys
  • Able to interpret client systems
  • Proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
  • Organized and multi-task oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
