Paralegal needed for Growing Civil Litigation Firm in Marietta

Our partner in Marietta, GA is searching for an experienced paralegal to join their growing civil litigation firm. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving strong results. Experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Drafting legal documents such as subpoenas, pleadings, and related correspondence.
• Assisting with case analysis and meeting all applicable deadlines.
• Performing electronic filings with both State and Federal Courts.
• Summarizing medical and billing records.
• Summarizing depositions.
• Managing cases from inception to completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus.
• Experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated with a strong commitment to excellence.

Pay

$70K - $75K plus bonus
