Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with 3+ years of experience supporting litigation teams, ideally within medical malpractice, professional liability or related group. This individual will play a key role in managing complex cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake through trial
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery (state and federal)
- Manage discovery process, including document review and production
- Summarize medical records, depositions, and expert reports
- Cook up depositions, expert witnesses, and trial preparation
- Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court filings
- Experience with medical records review and case chronologies
- Proficiency with legal research tools and e-filing systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the team and the client.
