Medical Malpractice Paralegal
Duties
- Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents
- Preparing witness files
- Assisting with expert witnesses
- Assisting attorneys in preparation for trial
Requirements
- At least 5 years litigation experience
- Actual experience in trial preparation and support
- Able to travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed

Medical Malpractice group represents leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and physicians in complex defense litigation across Florida. The firm provides a high-volume, trial-focused environment with structured mentorship and clear growth pathways.
Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 per year
