Paralegal ll – Antitrust
Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys with preparing and submitting HSR premerger antitrust filings with the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice
- Cooking ongoing projects and activities in either on-site or off-site locations, utilizing project assistants and support departments when necessary
- Developing procedures with supervisors for electronic or physical tracking, coding, and ensuring quality control systems for documents
- Attending and providing support to attorneys at court or agency hearings
- Creating and maintaining calendars for cases or transactions and distributing to supervisors and other team members
- Drafting forms, letters, or other legal documents
- Anticipating typical work for a case or transaction and works with supervisors to ensure all aspects are addressed
Qualifications
- Display proficient knowledge of internal software applications, such as word processing, internet searching skills, spreadsheets, and databases
- Demonstrate knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent, or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- A signed declaration if located in a California office
- A minimum of four (4) years of related law firm experience as a paralegal
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience with HSR and Antitrust filings, preferably

Pay Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
