PARALEGAL / LEGAL SECRETARY
About the role
Perry & Villarreal, LLP is seeking a Paralegal / Legal Secretary to support its expanding team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal or education-related setting, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and training materials.
- Managing attorney calendars, deadlines, and meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files.
- Cooking and responding to routine inquiries.
- Supporting records review, case management, and litigation support.
- Aiding with administrative and project-based tasks.
- Assisting in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or administrative professional, preferably in a legal or education-related setting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
