About the role
Responsible for providing legal support in labor and employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
- Support in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
- Handle employee relations issues and mediate disputes.
- Prepare and present evidence in court proceedings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Experience with employment litigation.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
