Paralegal (Hybrid)

As a Paralegal, you'll partner closely with our Associate General Counsels and attorneys to manage contracts, corporate records, compliance activities, litigation support, and legal documentation. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to Centrus' legal team by preparing and organizing contracts
- Maintain corporate records and coordinate regulatory filings
- Assist with litigation and discovery, including document retention and eDiscovery activities
- Support internal investigations and public company compliance activities
- Conduct legal research and ensure legal documents and processes are accurate, organized, and completed on schedule
- Collaborate with internal business partners and outside counsel to keep legal operations running efficiently
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred where applicable
- 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate, commercial, or government contracting legal matters
- Experience preparing, reviewing, organizing, and managing legal documents and contracts
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting publicly traded companies and SEC filing processes
- Familiarity with federal government contracting and FAR, DFARS, or DEAR requirements
- Experience supporting litigation, discovery, document retention, and eDiscovery activities
- Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and board documentation
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as energy, defense, aerospace, or nuclear
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or legal management software
Pay
Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $72,950–$121,583. This position is bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.
